PICTURE DAY INFORMATION

• We ask that each team arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled picture time.
• The Coach or Team Mom must to check in at display table upon arrival.
• Teams must be lined up in height order, shortest to tallest, unless otherwise directed by the photographer.
• Once the entire Team has arrived and order forms are ready, the Team will be escorted to the next available camera.
• Buddy pictures are included on the same order form as individual orders. A Photographer representative, team mom or coach will be available to assist with any questions.
• For buddy pictures, please ensure the coach or team mom is aware and that both children are present at the same time.
  

• Payment Information
• Payment is due on Picture Day
• Accepts all forms of payment are accepted, including cash, checks, all major credit cards and digital payments such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
• Payment must be submitted on picture day inside the order form envelope.
• Change will be available at the Display Table if needed.
